Farmer's Markets. In addition to using abundant seasonal produce from local
farmers, the Cork buys local Silver Canyon Fair Trade and Organic Coffees, Haystack
Mt. Goat Cheeses, Villa Tatra Smoked Fish, Glacier Ice Cream, and Morning Fresh
Dairy.
The Cork supports sustainable and humane cattle and pork production by
using Meyer Ceritified Angus, Vintage Beef, Pecos Valley Grass Fed, and
La Quercia Prosciutto.
